Ben’s vision for TerraNOVA was simple; create a straight talking, results focused creative property agency that speaks a language businesses can trust.
Ben’s experience stems from a depth of real estate know-how, gained over the course of 10 years in the industry, which spans development of alternative growth strategies, lease negotiation and lease restructure as well as workplace consultancy. He’s overseen the delivery of a number of notable and successful transactions delivering financial savings to clients as well as reducing transaction risks.
Prior to founding TerraNOVA Ben held the role of Associate Director at JLL working with a major global IT services company where he had oversight of a portfolio of 1.3 million square feet. Ben worked with the clients inhouse workplace team providing strategic direction to their internal customers to make fast and robust decisions.
From a tenant perspective, Ben began his career working client side, holding senior leadership positions at INC Research and Travelport respectively. This experience gives Ben valuable insight into how businesses operate and the critical importance of the right space in maximising revenue generation and the key drivers in the decision making process. Ben has completed deals across EMEA as well as parts of Asia and the Americas and as such is well versed in operating successfully in diverse cultures and business norms.
